The refund policy is available for viewing upon check out. Every order requires digital signature acknowledging agreement to Workman Transportation & Travel terms of service, refund & cancellation policies, disclaimers, privacy policy, and crowd notice/release.

REFUND/ CANCELLATION POLICY:

To cancel a booking, you must call the main office, 352-776-2500.

Multi Day Trips refund/ cancellation policies will be listed individually within each trip. We strongly encourage purchasing trip protection.

Day Trip Cancellation Policy:

No refunds will be issued for Day Trips cancelled less than 14 business days prior to trip date, unless otherwise stated.

If cancellation is made after the deadline date, there will be no refund.

Ticketed events are non-refundable.

All trips are transferable to another person. Customers are allowed to resell their seats on their own or gift them to another person.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Please see above for information on how to purchase trip protection.

A 10% restocking fee will be placed on ALL refunds.

Gift Certificate: These are non-refundable in all circumstances.

In the event a trip is cancelled by Workman Transportation & Travel, a full refund will be provided. Credit card refunds will be credited back to the card used for purchase. Cash payment will be refunded by check. Please allow 10-14 days for processing.
