Saturday, December 14:

8:15 am- Depart from 761 Hoopfer Way- located off Rolling Acres Rd. You may leave your car here.

We will stop for a restroom/snack break. You are welcome to bring small coolers, snacks etc. on the bus.

Upon arrival in Amelia Island, we will visit Fernandina Beach where you can choose to dine at one of these restaurants:

After lunch, check in to hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day/evening on your own.

6:00-10:00 am- Enjoy breakfast at the hotel

Spend the day at your leisure (We suggest making a reservation for the Cumberland Island Boat Tour at 10:00 am- the marina is located directly across the street from the hotel - https://ameliarivercruises.com/cruises/cumberland-island-tour/

The “Dickens on Centre” Festival begins at 10:00am. Admission is free.

Depart at 3:30 pm for The Villages, arrive at home in the evening.

• Walk around Historic Downtown Fernandina Beach - this area is full of eclectic and independent shops that stretch from the harbor-front to down and around Centre Street. There are many delicious places to dine in the historic district.

• Enjoy the holiday festival.
