Itinerary:
Day 1: The Villages ~ St. Petersburg ~ St. Pete Pier ~ Fort Myers ~ Murder Mystery Dinner Train
Travel south through the Sunshine State to Fort Myers. En route a stop will be made in St. Petersburg at St. Pete Pier for lunch, shopping and sightseeing.
Continue into southwest Florida to Fort Myers, known for its pristine beaches, secluded islands and distinctive neighborhoods. Later today we arrive at our hotel for a delightful three-night stay.
This evening, we embark on an exciting Murder Mystery Dinner Train aboard the Seminole Gulf Railway. Enjoy a five-course dinner(included) while a talented cast unravels a murder mystery. The combination of delicious cuisine, exceptional service, and captivating storytelling creates a memorable experience.
Day 2: Sanibel Island ~ Baily-Matthews Shell Museum ~ Bowman’s Beach ~ Sanibel Lighthouse
Enjoy Breakfast, included at the hotel. Today we explore lovely Sanibel Island - world renowned for its abundance of pastel-colored seashells and pristine sand beaches. Visit Baily-Matthews National Shell Museum which features beautiful shells and exotic marine life from around the world.
Following a lunch break enjoy free time to stroll lovely Bowman’s Beach, popular with beachcombers searching for seashells. Later this afternoon stop at historic Sanibel Lighthouse. Located on the western tip of Sanibel Island, the Lighthouse Park offers picturesque views of San Carlos Bay and Fort Myers. After a dinner stop return to our hotel for the night.
Day 3: Naples Trolley Tour ~ Fifth Avenue ~ Tin City ~ Naples Princess Sunset Dinner Cruise
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel (included) and then depart for Naples, a beautifully preserved city packed with a rich and vibrant cultural history. Embark on a guided trolley tour followed by free time. The downtown district including Fifth Avenue South and Tin City feature a wide variety of shops, sights and restaurants.
Later today we embark on a memorable sunset dinner cruise on the Naples Princess - included. Cruise through Naples Bay past the multi-million-dollar homes of Port Royal and into the Gulf of Mexico aboard the air-conditioned comfort and luxury of the newly renovated, 105′ Naples Princess. Enjoy a delicious dinner (included) while viewing Naples most popular attraction – the sunset. Return to Fort Myers for the night.
Day 4: Edison & Ford Winter Estates ~ Fort Myers Historical District ~ Journey Home
This morning after breakfast (included) we visit the winter estates of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford. The Edison and Ford Winter Estates date from 1885, when Thomas Edison first visited Southwest Florida to build a vacation home. The complex features a fascinating museum which showcases the innovative minds of two American icons. Enjoy free time for lunch and shopping in the historic district of Fort Myers. Recognized as one of the most beautiful historic districts in Florida, Fort Myers is a town rich in history, architecture, art and amenities. Many historic 20th-century structures are now home to colorful shops, galleries, restaurants and other local businesses. Later today we depart for home.

No meet & greet. You will receive all information needed for this trip 7-10 days prior to trip departure.

Workman Transportation uses their own deluxe motor coaches. They are driven by drivers certified and licensed for motor coach transportation. Our motor coaches are air conditioned, equipped with Wi-Fi, video monitors, on-board restroom, and reclining seats.
Our hosts are experienced and will help make your trip enjoyable. They will give you lots of information along the way to make the traveling time fun and interesting. We will strive to keep you comfortable by having rest stops every two to two and 1/2 hours in the schedule.
All tours require some walking and the ability to embark/disembark a motor-coach without assistance. Advance notice is required for special dietary requests and handicap seating.
Prices are per person. Rates and space are subject to availability. A minimum number of people is required for the trip to commence.
