Itinerary:

Day One: Travel to Phoenix & Sedona

Depart from The Villages and travel to Orlando International Airport for our group flight to Phoenix. Upon arrival, meet our motorcoach and travel north through the Arizona landscape to Sedona, a spectacular desert community surrounded by towering red-rock formations.

Check into the Hilton Sedona Resort at Bell Rock, beautifully located among Sedona’s famous red rocks with amenities like pickleball courts, spa, lap pool, and more. This evening, enjoy a welcome dinner reception at the hotel (included) and get acquainted with fellow travelers.

Day Two: Sedona, Montezuma Castle & Blazin’ M Ranch

After breakfast, enjoy a scenic guided tour of Sedona, including views of iconic Cathedral Rock and Bell Rock. Continue to Uptown Sedona for lunch on your own and time to explore the shops and galleries.

This afternoon, visit Montezuma Castle National Monument, an impressive five-story cliff dwelling built into a limestone canyon more than 600 years ago by the Sinagua people. After Montezuma Castle, step back into the Old West at Blazin’ M Ranch, where a chuckwagon-style dinner, live entertainment, and Western show create a fun evening of frontier-inspired entertainment.

Day Three: Tlaquepaque, Off-Roading Tour & Wine Tasting

Enjoy your morning at the resort before visiting Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village, a charming, Spanish-inspired village filled with galleries, boutiques, restaurants, and beautiful courtyards. This afternoon, experience Sedona’s red-rock landscape on an exciting off-road tour of Sedona. Continue to a Sedona-area winery for a wine-tasting experience before enjoying dinner on your own in Sedona.

Day Four: Travel to Flagstaff & Enjoy Historic Downtown

Enjoy breakfast and a nice morning before checking out and traveling north to Flagstaff for lunch on your own and time to explore Historic Downtown Flagstaff along Route 66.

Check into the Residence Inn by Marriott Flagstaff and enjoy the evening at leisure with the optional outing for Stargazing at the Lowell Observatory, where you can explore the night sky from one of America’s most historic astronomical observatories.

Day Five: Grand Canyon Railway & Grand Canyon

After breakfast, travel to Williams, AZ and board the historic Grand Canyon Railway. Enjoy the Western Shootout before departing by train for the South Rim. Upon arrival, enjoy a guided scenic tour of Grand Canyon National Park, followed by time to explore Grand Canyon Village. In the early evening, enjoy a historic dinner inside the park (included), located along the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Return to Flagstaff after dinner.

Day Six: Antelope Canyon & Horseshoe Bend

Following breakfast, travel north to Cameron Trading Post, where you’ll have time to browse Native American arts, crafts, jewelry, and Southwestern gifts. Explore Upper Antelope Canyon with a Navajo guide and discover its famous flowing sandstone walls, sculpted over thousands of years by wind and water. The canyon’s narrow passageways create remarkable shapes, textures, and colors as sunlight filters through the rock. Enjoy lunch on your own in Page before visiting Horseshoe Bend, where the Colorado River makes its famous horseshoe-shaped turn.

Return to Flagstaff in the late afternoon and enjoy dinner on your own.

Day Seven: Desert Botanical Garden & Celebratory Dinner

After breakfast, check out and begin our journey south toward Phoenix, with a planned rest stop along the way. Arrive at the Desert Botanical Garden for lunch and time to explore its beautiful Sonoran Desert landscapes and gardens. Continue to the Hilton Phoenix Airport to check-in and get settled.

This evening, gather for a special celebratory dinner in Phoenix (included) as we reflect on an unforgettable week exploring Arizona.

Day Eight: Return to The Villages

Breakfast at the hotel before taking the hotel shuttle to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport for our flight home.

Upon arrival in Orlando, meet our motorcoach and return to The Villages, bringing our Grand Canyon & Sedona adventure to a close.

Workman Transportation uses their own deluxe motor coaches. They are driven by drivers certified and licensed for motor coach transportation. Our motor coaches are air conditioned, equipped with Wi-Fi, video monitors, on-board restroom, and reclining seats.

Our hosts are experienced and will help make your trip enjoyable. They will give you lots of information along the way to make the traveling time fun and interesting. We will strive to keep you comfortable by having rest stops every two to two and 1/2 hours in the schedule.

All tours require some walking and the ability to embark/disembark a motor-coach without assistance. Advance notice is required for special dietary requests and handicap seating.
