Important Flight Information

• Our group reservation includes economy seats only; airline upgrades are not available through the group block. Checked bag, seat assignment, carry-on & personal item are included.

• Flight payment & picture of passport due April 15, 2026.

• If you prefer upgraded seats, want to use airline miles, or simply prefer to book independently, you may book the exact same flights on your own.

In preparation for our tour, we will need a copy/photo of the profile page of your passport for our hotel accommodations and included mid-tour group flight from Edinburgh to London. Please email us a copy orders@WorkmanTravel.com or text a picture of your passport profile page to your tour host, Erinn Proehl, at 740-352-4278.

Airport Transportation

• Group transportation is provided:

• You may leave your car at The Workman Transportation & Travel office, 761 Hoopfer Way in The Villages. We will travel by motorcoach to/ from the Orlando International Airport.

  • From The Villages → MCO → Dalmahoy Hotel on July 27th

  • From Manor House Hotel→ LHR→ The Villages on August 6th

• This transportation is available to:

  • All travelers booked on the group flights, or

  • Travelers who book the same flight numbers and times independently.

If You Book Your Own Flights

• You are welcome to fly whenever you prefer. However, transportation is only available if your flight times match the group itinerary.

• Please note that we fly into Edinburgh Airport and out of Heathrow Airport

• If your arrival/departure times differ, you will be responsible for your own transportation to/from the airport. Please email Charters@WorkmanTransportation.com if you would like to book your own transportation through us or receive a quote.
