ITINERARY:
Day 1: The Villages, FL ~ Nashville, Tennessee:
Depart 761 Hoopfer Way- located off Rolling Acres Road. You may leave your car here.
Travel aboard a deluxe motorcoach and enjoy the ride as we journey north to Nashville, Tennessee. Rest and meal stops will be made periodically.
Following a dinner stop we arrive at the Holiday Inn Express Nashville Opryland.
Day 2: Holland, Michigan ~ Tulip Time Festival ~ Downtown Holland:
After breakfast (included), we will continue our journey north to Michigan. Later this afternoon we arrive in the friendly resort town of Holland for a delightful two-night stay.
Our visit will feature the annual Tulip Time Festival, recalling Holland’s Dutch roots, with millions of tulips blooming all over the city. Tulip Time Festival has consistently been named one of the "Best Small-Town Festivals” in the country!
Later today enjoy free time for shopping, sightseeing and dinner on own in the quaint downtown area of Holland. Our hotel for the next two nights will be the Homewood Suites Holland.
Day 3: Holland City Tour ~ Windmill Island ~ Festival Parade ~ Dinner Show:
This morning, we enjoy breakfast at our hotel and then embark on a guided city tour of Holland. Settled by Dutch immigrants in 1847, Holland is a city steeped in history and tradition. Enjoy a stop at Windmill Island. This unique attraction features canals, drawbridges, a miniature Dutch Village and a 1780’s operating De Zwaan windmill brought from the Netherlands which produces a fine graham flour. Later this afternoon we enjoy reserved seating at one of several colorful and entertaining parades that occur during Tulip Time Festival. This evening, we gather for dinner followed by a festival show. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner included on this day)
Day 4: Grand Traverse Bay ~ Charlevoix ~ Mackinac Island:
After breakfast journey north to Mackinac Island. En route a lunch stop will be made at the picturesque town of Charlevoix, located on lovely Grand Traverse Bay. Later today we arrive in Mackinaw City where we board a ferry and sail across the Straits of Mackinac to charming Mackinac Island. The island is only three miles long and two miles wide with a rugged shoreline. Besides a fire truck, ambulance and public utility truck, no motor vehicles are permitted on the island.
Enjoy a delightful two-night stay on the island at the Lakeview Hotel. Gather for dinner at a local restaurant. (Breakfast & Dinner included)
Day 5: Mackinac Island Carriage Tour ~ Grand Hotel ~ Mackinac Island at leisure:
This morning after breakfast we explore beautiful Mackinac Island. Embark on a scenic horse-drawn carriage ride around the island. Historical highlights include Fort Mackinac, Arch Rock, Skull Cave, Governor’s Mansion and Surry Hill. End our tour at the beautiful Grand Hotel where we are treated to the fabulous luncheon buffet. Glimmering like a diamond on an island of brilliant green, the Grand Hotel beckons you to a bygone era of old-world hospitality and charm. Later today we return to our hotel and enjoy the balance of the day at leisure. (Breakfast & Lunch included)
Day 6: Mackinac Island ~ Frankenmuth, Michigan ~ Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland:
After breakfast we return to the mainland and journey south to the quaint Bavarian town of Frankenmuth. Upon arrival a stop will be made at Bronner’s Christmas Wonderland. Recognized as the world’s largest Christmas store, Bronner’s features more than 50,000 ornaments, lights and decorations including Nativity scenes ranging from tiny hand-carved figures to life-size scenes, animated figures, collectibles, outdoor décor and decorated Christmas trees. Gather for dinner at the Bavarian Inn. Overnight at the Drury Inn & Suites Hotel. (Breakfast & Dinner included)
Day 7: Frankenmuth ~ Knoxville, Tennessee:
After breakfast (included) we leave Frankenmuth and the beautiful state of Michigan and begin our journey home. Rest and meal stops will be made periodically. Later today we arrive in the Knoxville area for the final night at the Hampton Inn North.
Day 8: Knoxville ~ Journey Home:
This morning after breakfast (included) we begin our final journey home. Rest and meal stops will be made periodically.

A $600 deposit (per person) is required upon booking. Deposit is refundable until February 20, 2026, less a $150.00 per person cancellation fee.

Workman Transportation uses their own deluxe motor coaches. They are driven by drivers certified and licensed for motor coach transportation. Our motor coaches are air conditioned, equipped with Wi-Fi, video monitors, on-board restroom, and reclining seats.
Our hosts are experienced and will help make your trip enjoyable. They will give you lots of information along the way to make the traveling time fun and interesting. We will strive to keep you comfortable by having rest stops every two to two and 1/2 hours in the schedule.
All tours require some walking and the ability to embark/disembark a motor-coach without assistance. Advance notice is required for special dietary requests and handicap seating.
Prices are per person. Rates and space are subject to availability. A minimum number of people is required for the trip to commence.
