Important Flight Information

• Our group reservation includes economy seats only; airline upgrades are not available through the group block. Checked bag, seat assignment, & personal item are included.

• If you prefer upgraded seats, want to use airline miles, or simply prefer to book independently, you may book the exact same flights on your own.

Airport Transportation:

• Group transportation is provided:

  • From The Villages → MCO → Hyatt Regency on October 4

  • From von Trapp Lodge→ BOS → The Villages on October 9

• This transportation is available to:

  • All travelers booked on the group flights, or

  • Travelers who book the same flight numbers and times independently.

You may leave your car at The Workman Transportation & Travel office, 844 Duck Lake Road in The Villages. We will travel by motorcoach to/ from the Orlando International Airport.

If You Book Your Own Flights

• You are welcome to fly whenever you prefer. However, transportation is only available if your flight times match the group itinerary.

• If your arrival/departure times differ, you will be responsible for your own transportation to/from the airport. Please email Charters@WorkmanTransportation.com if you would like to book your own transportation through us or receive a quote.
