Join us for a dazzling night at the Central Florida Zoo for the Asian Lantern Festival. Guests can stroll around a 3/4-mile loop around the Zoo as they enjoy larger-than-life handcrafted lanterns illuminated in the night by thousands of LED lights. With all-new lanterns and interactive elements, the event will delight visitors with an incredible display of color, light and sound celebrating traditional Asian lantern festivals.  

The festival will also have local food and beverage options, live music, and authentic artisan crafts. 

*You will not be able to see animals during the festival. Animals will be in their night habitats.

Itinerary:

3:45 pm- Depart Brownwood - behind the Brownwood Hotel and The Center for Advanced Healthcare (click here for map)

4:05 pm- Depart Lake Sumter Landing (1045 Old Mill Run)

6:00 pm- Enjoy the Asian lantern festival

8:30 pm- Depart

10:00 pm- Approximate arrival time back in The Villages

Price includes transportation, ticket to festival, bus driver tip & a bottle of water. Host gratuity is not included.
