Spend the day at beautiful Maderia Beach! We will visit John’s Pass Park which is right across the street and within walking distance to John’s Pass Village.

John's Pass Park offers a wooden walkover, public restrooms, an outdoor shower area, covered picnic area, and chair rentals.

*Optional* Walk over to visit John’s Pass Village to cool off and enjoy lunch/ shopping.

Over one hundred merchants inhabit the Village with unique retail shopping, a variety of restaurants (including The Friendly Fisherman, Sculley’s, and Bubba Gump Shrimp Company), the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and more.

Itinerary:

8:15 am- Depart Lake Sumter Landing (1045 Old Mill Run)

8:35 am- Depart Brownwood- behind the Brownwood Hotel and The Center for Advanced Healthcare (click here for map)

10:30 am- Arrive in Madeira Beach, FL

3:00 pm- Depart

5:00 pm- Approximate arrival time back in The Villages
