Come See the “Christmas Spectacular” at Florida’s Most Historic Home- The Stetson Mansion. The baby grand will welcome you into the Mansion where each year 10 rooms are embellished with elaborate designer decorations and over 50 nativities from around the world to celebrate the birth of Christ. This enchanting event includes all the rooms on the ground floor and the 3 bedrooms on the second floor (including the owner’s bedroom, bathroom, and closet.) Just when you think you have seen it all you are then treated to a visit into the original School House which has since been converted into a Zen like guest cottage/gift shop featuring a soaring 15-foot Polynesian ceiling. The School House will offer a few gift ideas including a picture book featuring the Christmas designs, all created and installed by the owner. No photography or video inside the Mansion.

After our tour, you may enjoy lunch and shopping in quaint downtown Deland. (on your own- suggestions will be given)

Itinerary:

8:00 am- Depart Lake Sumter Landing (1045 Old Mill Run)

8:20 am - Depart Brownwood -behind the Brownwood Hotel and The Center for Advanced Healthcare (click here for map)

9:45 am- Arrive at Stetson Mansion in Deland

10:00 am- Tour

12:00 pm- Depart Mansion for lunch and shopping in downtown Deland

3:30 pm- Approximate arrival back in The Villages
