Enjoy a day at beautiful John’s Pass Village located right on the intracoastal waterway in Madeira Beach! This quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village is Pinellas County’s #1 tourist attraction.

Over one hundred merchants inhabit the Village with unique retail shopping, a variety of restaurants (including The Friendly Fisherman, Sculley’s, and Bubba Gump Shrimp Company), the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and more.

Afterwards we will stop at the famous Mazzaro’s Italian Market in St. Petersburg. Purchase fresh made pastas, bakery items, homemade to-go meals or just have a scoop of authentic italian gelato. Don’t forget your coolers to store all the yummy goods!

Itinerary:

8:15 am- Depart Lake Sumter Landing (1045 Old Mill Run)

8:35 am- Depart Brownwood- behind the Brownwood Hotel and The Center for Advanced Healthcare (click here for map)

10:30 am- Arrive at Johns Pass

2:00 pm- Board bus for Mazzaro’s (20-minute drive)

4:00 pm- Depart Mazzaro’s

6:00 pm- Approximate arrival time back in The Villages

Price includes transportation, bus driver tip and a bottle of water. Host gratuity is not included.
