Come see Treasure Island’s beach come to life at the 2025 Sanding Ovations! Sanding Ovations is a Sand Sculpting exhibition and Music Festival, located on the beach in Treasure Island, Florida. The exhibition is filled with renowned, professional sand sculptors from all over North America, who create astonishing works of art using nothing but sand, water and lots of their own imagination. This year’s theme is “It’s About Time.”

In addition to the sand sculptures, enjoy the beach food court, beer garden, arts and crafts marketplace and live entertainment. Sanding Ovations is a must-see experience in beautiful Treasure Island!

*There are TWO buses for this trip. One bus will depart and return to Lake Sumter Landing, one will depart and return to Brownwood. You will select your bus/departure location at checkout.

Itinerary:

9:15 am- Depart Lake Sumter Landing (1045 Old Mill Run)

9:15 am- Depart Brownwood - located behind the Brownwood Hotel and The Center for Advanced Healthcare (click here for map)

11:00 am- Approximate arrival time at Festival

3:15 pm- Meet to board bus, we will depart at 3:30 pm

5:30 pm- Approximate arrival time back in The Villages

Price includes transportation, bus driver tip and a bottle of water. Admission to the Festival is free. Host gratuity is not included. Please note this event is cashless.
