The American Victory Ship and Museum is 1 of only 4 fully-operational WWII ships in the country. It is a true American icon and is recognized on the National Register of Historic Places. Anchor your place in American maritime history by experiencing an unforgettable voyage of discovery!

We will enjoy a docent led guided tour, followed by a visit to the historic Ybor City for lunch. (lunch purchase will be on your own- suggestions will be given)

Please note: There are steep stairs and tours go up all 9 decks on board.

Itinerary:

8:00 am- Depart Lake Sumter Landing (1045 Old Mill Run)

8:20 am- Depart Brownwood - located behind the Brownwood Hotel and The Center for Advanced Healthcare (click here for map)

10:00 am- Guided Tour

12:00 pm- Enjoy Ybor City. Lunch on your own.

3:30 pm- Approximate arrival back in The Villages
